A clear place
for your choices.

How the app handles your local travel work, exports and explicit contact actions.

01

About this policy

Rovelet is a personal travel-planning app. This policy describes the trip drafts, saved folios, carry lists and preferences handled by the app, and the choices involved when you export a file or open another application. The app does not require an account. The information here concerns the implemented app; an external website, document provider or contact application has its own practices.

02

The work you create

You can enter trip names and dates, day and stop names, durations, transfer buffers, fixed starts, time windows, notes and carry items. Saved trips and duplicates keep the fields you choose. You decide what to enter. Avoid unnecessary sensitive information or other people’s private details. The app does not ask for passport numbers, payment information, precise location or health details.

03

Storage on your device

Drafts, saved trips and preferences are kept in the app’s private storage on your Android device. A native atomic write is used before the app reports a successful save. This is local storage, not a server submission. A saved folio can be opened and edited later. The app does not offer cloud sync, shared accounts or remote recovery of your work.

04

Planning calculations

Times, day labels, overlap warnings and carry summaries are calculated on the device from your entries. These calculations are planning aids. They do not query routes, opening hours, transport schedules, weather, booking systems or a travel organizer. A fixed start and a preferred time remain your intentions; the app does not establish that a place is accessible or a reservation exists.

05

Permissions and device features

The Android app has no Internet permission and does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts or broad storage access. It uses the Android document picker only when you choose an export. Your operating system and the external app or document provider you select may have their own permissions and data handling. The app does not turn those external services into part of its local storage.

06

Contact and website actions

Email, phone and website buttons use fixed contact destinations for OKRA-REIZEN. They open a separate email composer, dialer or browser after your action. Opening a composer is not sending a message, and opening a dialer is not placing a call. Trip content is not attached to these actions. Information you choose to send in the external app is handled outside Rovelet.

07

Exports you choose

You can export a readable text plan or a full project JSON file through the system picker. The readable plan excludes private stop notes unless you select their inclusion. A full project file includes the saved fields, including notes. Preview the content before sharing it. The chosen document provider may keep or synchronize the file under its own settings. Cancelling an export leaves the trip intact.

08

Backup and device transfer

Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device transfer are disabled for the app’s private data configuration. The app does not provide a remote backup service. Keep any exports you need in a location you control. Device administration, operating-system tools or a manually made device backup can have behavior outside the app; this policy does not promise protection against every device-level copy.

09

Diagnostics and analytics

The app includes no advertising, analytics, tracking or network crash-reporting SDK. It does not send a usage profile or your trip content to a backend. Android may produce system diagnostics under your device settings. If you report a problem, share only the detail you intend to disclose; an export or screenshot can contain the names, dates or notes you entered.

10

Bundled content and artwork

The core interface, original planning sketches and artwork are bundled with the app. They do not need to be fetched from a server at first launch. Artwork created during production is separate from a runtime generation feature: the app does not upload your trip information to an image or language model. Planning sketches are editable starting content and are not presented as your saved work.

11

How long data stays

Your local drafts, saved trips and preferences remain until you change or remove them, clear the app’s data or uninstall the app. The app does not automatically expire saved trips. Files exported elsewhere can remain after local data is deleted. If unreadable stored data is detected, the app preserves it for recovery rather than quietly replacing it and claiming a successful save.

12

Deleting local work

You can remove saved trips after confirmation and edit or remove their local contents. Deleting a local record does not delete an exported file, recall a message, cancel a booking or remove a copy held by another application. Clearing Android app data or uninstalling can remove app-private work. Keep an export first if you want a copy outside the app.

13

Security and its limits

Rovelet uses app-private storage and restricted native interfaces. That is not a promise of user-data encryption. Your device lock, operating-system updates, device access and the locations where you keep exported files affect privacy. A person with access to your unlocked device may be able to see your saved work. No app can guarantee that every device or exported copy is secure.

14

Children and other people’s information

Rovelet is a general personal planning tool and does not create children’s accounts or collect information through an online service. Do not include someone else’s private details without appropriate permission. If a younger person uses the app, a parent or guardian should help decide what information is suitable to store or share. No age, identity or eligibility is verified by the app.

15

Your controls

You can edit local work, change the reduced-motion preference, choose which trip to export and decide whether private notes belong in a readable plan. You can cancel external actions and file picking. A successful local save, your packed-item marks and your own dates are personal states, not updates from an organization. The app preserves this distinction in its messages.

16

Companion pages and external sites

A locally opened companion page can be read without a network service. When a companion page is hosted, its hosting provider may process technical web requests such as an IP address and request time under that deployment’s practices. The prepared static pages contain no advertising or analytics scripts. Organization websites opened through contact actions are separate sites with their own policies.

17

Changes to the app and policy

This policy is dated 27 October 2026 and describes Rovelet version 1.0.0. A later feature or data-flow change may require an updated policy. Read the policy supplied with the version you use. Local implementation and policy text do not establish public hosting, organization endorsement or acceptance by an app store. An update should preserve existing local work through compatible data handling.
